Return Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Return Policy: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the package being received, determined by the date the original purchaser initiates shipping back to Xcluzv Inc.. All original tags must be attached and sanitary liners must be in place on all bottoms. We will not accept returns and exchanges outside of this 15 day window. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the delivery date will be credited to the original credit card used, minus the shipping fees which will not be refunded. There will be absolutely no refunds, e-commerce credit or exchanges for items returned more than 14 days after the delivery date.  All merchandise returned to Xcluzv Inc. is thoroughly inspected by our Returns Department. All suits deemed soiled, worn or damaged by our returns department will be brought to your attention via email. We will ship all soiled, worn and damaged suits back to you, as we can no longer re-sell the merchandise.
